Milton House in Salcombe shows the type of coastal luxury property we produce content for. Knowing we specialise in waterside and high-end property photography, Knight Frank and Marchand Petit estate agents instructed us to produce aerial stills for this stunning modern home overlooking Salcombe Harbour.

As the river is a key feature it was vital that we captured it with a high tide and therefore timing was crucial. With the location of the property on the hill, one of the best ways of capturing it was by using our drones. This provided context as to the position of the house in the area, as well as showing the fantastic views. We utilise DJI Drones for our aerial footage and find it adds a great perspective to our content and offers up views that people don’t normally get to see.
