With our experience in dealing with riverside properties Webbers estate agents instructed us to create a riverside property video for Withymead in Withypool. Because of its proximity to the water, the river is a huge selling point for a property of this type, so we used GoPros to capture the flow of the river from underwater leading up to the house as well as including lifestyle elements of the nearby area just off the river with our ground based cameras.
With its position just off the main road we used our drones to capture the best views of the house, as well as showing the view of the entire area from up high to give a feel of the location.

Using a mixture of aerial and ground based footage we highlight the key elements of the property and the land with it. In some situations we show off the lifestyle element of the property by showing off the local area and scenery nearby. We utilise DJI Drones for our aerial footage and find it adds a great perspective to our content and offers up views that people don’t normally get to see. For our ground shots we either use Panasonic GH4’s on tripods, Sliders and DJI Ronin Steady Cams.
