Eaton Place London Virtual Tour | Shalini Misra

We have been working closely with Shalini Misra for a few years and have covered their properties all over London and the rest of the country. This London virtual tour or ‘walkthrough’  will be primarily used to showcase their projects on their website/portfolio but can also be shared very easily on social media and sent simply via email.

We were asked to produce a unique and exciting way of showcasing this incredible home for Shalini Misra located in Eaton Place, London. We’re sure you’ll agree that this virtual tour is just as impressive as the house itself.

The Matterport 360 Virtual Tour technology allows us to gain a stunning insight into each home and easily share this with potential homeowners in a variety of ways. We can embed codes to the estate agent’s website as well as other property websites such as Rightmove.

The addition of ‘mattertags’ allow us to ‘tag’ rooms and fill them with important information and anything you’d like to portray to the viewer,  the tag is essentially a physical link which people can interact with as they walk through a room. These link back to webpages, for example showcasing the estate agent’s contact information at the click of a button, showcasing area guides to the local area, as well as being able to directly link to the property’s brochure.

Along with the fluid virtual walkthrough model, we can easily create photo realistic 3D dollshouse views and floor plans. Giving online users access to explore a house has never been easier!
