Plymouth Matterport Virtual Tour | Burrington Estates
We were approached by Burrington Estates to create a Plymouth Matterport Virtual Tour for their new property show homes. Burrington Estates needed an exciting and engaging way to show off the internal spaces of their homes in a way that traditional photography could not achieve.
The Matterport 360 Virtual Tour technology allows us to gain a stunning insight into each show home and easily share this with potential homeowners in a variety of ways.The addition of ‘mattertags’ allow us to ‘tag’ up rooms. A tag is essentially a physical link which people can interact with as they walk through a room. These link back to webpages, for example giving the customer more information on the property through the use of video, pictures and webpages etc.
The walkthroughs are also compatible with virtual reality goggles which is an exciting way to view the spaces and their potential clients/customers love interacting with the homes in this unique way.
With our new breed of fully Immersive 3D / 360 virtual tours we are aiming to change the way that people view the property and the real estate industry. Our new Matterport scanning technology creates a photo-realistic immersive experience, allowing prospective guests and customers to visit and explore attractions online as if they had physically stepped foot inside the property itself.
