Show Home 360 Tour
We were approached by David Wilson Homes to create a series of interactive virtual tours for their new show homes on their development sites. This show home 360 tour was created at High Elms Park, one of David Wilson Homes’ latest development sites in Essex.
We have been working closely with David Wilson Homes for a few years and have covered their development sites all over the South West and the Southern regions.
With our new breed of fully Immersive 3D / 360 virtual tours we are aiming to change the way that people view properties. Our new Matterport scanning technology creates a photo-realistic immersive experience, allowing prospective guests and customers to visit and explore attractions online as if they had physically stepped foot inside the property itself.
The Matterport 360 Virtual Tour technology we use allows us to gain a stunning insight into each show home and easily share this with potential homeowners in a variety of ways.
The addition of ‘mattertags’ allow us to ‘tag’ up rooms. A tag is essentially a physical link which people can interact with as they walk through a room. These link back to webpages, for example giving the customer more information on the property through the use of video, pictures and webpages etc. its also a great way to link directly straight to a booking page for the show home itself.
